The 10 Commandments of Web Content
- Be succinct.
- Keep bullet points within six words.
- Consistency – if it’s “realise”,
it can’t be “analyze”.
- Use a warm, friendly tone.
- Know your audience.
- Beware of jargon.
- Cull long sentences and paragraphs.
- Avoid the use of marketing hype.
- Use bolded text to grab attention.
- Check grammar and spelling, look for typos… then do it again.
