The 10 Commandments of Web Content
  1. Be succinct.
  2. Keep bullet points within six words.
  3. Consistency – if it’s “realise”, it can’t be “analyze”.
  4. Use a warm, friendly tone.
  5. Know your audience.
  6. Beware of jargon.
  7. Cull long sentences and paragraphs.
  8. Avoid the use of marketing hype.
  9. Use bolded text to grab attention.
  10. Check grammar and spelling, look for typos… then do it again.
