We are committed to maintaining transparency in all our business operations – remuneration is no exception. With LUCID, there are no hidden costs and no nasty surprises. Prior to the commencement of any project, a written quote is always submitted for your approval. Should the brief change significantly as the project evolves, a new quote will always be provided.

In appreciation of the breadth of clients and projects on which we work, you are provided with a choice of remuneration methods:

• hourly rate (for short-term or ad hoc projects);
• concept fee (for one-off concept creations);
• set project fee (for substantial projects over the medium-term); and
• monthly retainer (for longer-term clients).
